1. Introduction

Welcome to Anytime-Lashes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Anytime-Lashes, located at 8 Akker Lane, Kriel, Mpumalanga, South Africa. By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services

Anytime-Lashes provides professional individual eyelash extension services and sells related beauty products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to change or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Online payments are processed securely via PayFast (Pty) Ltd, supporting credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and Mobicred.
• We do not store your card details. All payment information is handled by PayFast in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
• Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Collection: Free collection is available at 8 Akker Lane, Kriel, Mpumalanga. You will be notified when your order is ready.
• Courier delivery: Door-to-door delivery is available throughout South Africa at a flat rate of R120.00. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments may be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• A deposit of R150.00 is required to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Anytime-Lashes reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
• Lash extension results vary by individual. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain results.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform us before your appointment of any allergies, eye conditions, or sensitivities. A patch test can be arranged on request. Anytime-Lashes will not be liable for reactions where relevant health information was not disclosed to us prior to treatment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds practices are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Anytime-Lashes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anytime-Lashes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
