Anytime-Lashes (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional lash extension studio operating from 8 Akker Lane, Kriel, Mpumalanga, 2271, Republic of South Africa. We are a “responsible party” as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Bookings & consultations: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address (optional), appointment preferences and lash history you choose to share.
• Shop orders: name, delivery address, phone and email — necessary to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment information: processed entirely by our payment partner PayFast. We never see, store or have access to your full card number.
• Website analytics: anonymised, aggregated usage data used to improve the site.

• To manage and confirm your appointment (performance of a service you requested).
• To process and deliver shop orders (contractual necessity).
• To send aftercare guidance relating to services you received (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

By submitting our booking form you consent to us processing your information for appointment coordination. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

• Courier partners — only the details required to deliver your parcel.
• We never sell your personal information to third parties, and we never use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. financial records). We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including secure hosting, access controls and encrypted payment processing — to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
